I have been married for 2 1/2 years. My son Cael is now 15 months old and into everything. I swear he was born with ten arms and somehow manages to hide the other eight.
My family has been to Colorado and now Ohio with hopes of getting back to Idaho. I've had LASIK and glasses are now no longer required. Dustin has had his surgery for his Keraticonus and seems to be doing fine. I'm currently a receptionist in a dental office, with little to no time for drawing or writing. Sad isn't it?
Extra time is now dedicated to slimming down and spending time with the family.
Since being in the Cleveland area, we took advantage of the zoo the day before Easter and had a blast with Cael and the camera.
On a sad note, my Grandma Rose has been diagnosed with lung cancer and has since undergone radiation and chemo. My brother Brian is now officially married and Tyler is serving in Japan. Nick stops by on occasion to say hello and Haylie enjoys Dustin and I and Cael being here with she and mom. Dad is in Florida and getting ready to move into his own apartment.
Dustin's family returned to Boise and they Skype often to let us know that we are missed. I'm applying for a few jobs in the Boise area and hope that one will hire to get us back home. Dustin also works part time at Old Navy and is looking into a business on the side that hopefully will blossom into something full time.
I feel remorseful that I haven't used this blog as the learning tool it is. I've taken time to go through my old posts and was able to see where I have grown. How unfortunate that I haven't continued to do so. I've definitely been through some trying times that I believe keeping a record would have helped me keep some perspective as well as humor.
I've been trying so hard to make changes and track my progress and having a difficult time of it. And here the answer sits. Hopefully accounting to a blog will assist in making my days more flavorful. Here's to starting back up again!
