I discovered a program called TurboFire, and I have a love hate relationship with it. I love what it can help me achieve; I hate that I can barely make it through and end up a puddle of mush at the end. Today I got through HIIT 15 Class and about 20 minutes of the Tone 30 Class. My legs are their own mini-earthquake and I'm lucky my fingers are responding through the burning sensations that are my arms.
I have yet to dry my hair, hope I can lift the dang dryer.
